Kampung Buah Pala: Guan Eng tulis surat minta bantuan Najib

PULAU PINANG: Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang akan menulis surat kepada Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak bagi meminta bantuan daripada kerajaan persekutuan untuk mengambil alih tanah di Kampung Buah Pala di sini.

Ketua Menteri Lim Guan Eng berkata, kerajaan negeri mengakui tidak mampu untuk mengambil alih tanah di kampung itu daripada sebuah koperasi dan pemaju untuk membolehkan 23 keluarga terus tinggal di situ kerana kosnya terlalu tinggi.
"Kita boleh ambil alih tanah itu melalui Akta Pengambilan Tanah, kita harap kerajaan pusat boleh beri bantuan," katanya kepada pemberita di sini, hari ini.

Lim berkata walaupun kerajaan negeri prihatin terhadap nasib penduduk berkenaan yang diarahkan keluar dari kawasan itu, namun kos untuk mengambil alih semula tanah itu adalah terlalu tinggi memandangkan status tanah itu adalah pegangan bebas dan telah diluluskan untuk tujuan pembangunan.
Lim bagaimanapun, tidak menyatakan kos untuk mengambil alih tanah itu.

Beliau berharap kerajaan persekutuan dapat membantu kerajaan negeri mengambil balik tanah itu daripada Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Pulau Pinang dan membayar pampasan kepada pemaju, Nusmetro Ventures (P) Sdn Bhd.

Penduduk Kampung Buah Pala terpaksa berpindah setelah Mahkamah Persekutuan menolak rayuan mereka untuk kekal di tanah yang mereka duduki sejak sekian lama bagi memberi laluan kepada pemaju untuk membangunkan kawasan itu, bagaimanapun penduduk berkenaan enggan berpindah dan meminta kerajaan negeri membantu menyelesaikan masalah mereka itu.

INILAH sikap manusia yang sentiasa nampak keburukan pihak lain yang tidak sebulu dengan mereka.kebaikan dan pengorbanan pihak lain mereka berpura-pura tidak nampak,sebaliknya kerja mereka hanya mengutuk dan mengkritik tanpa ragu-ragu. Nah,sekarang pihak yang dikutuk dan difitnah juga yang mereka mohon bantuan untuk selesai masalah.padahal sebelum berkuasa berbagai janji ditabur,dah dapat kuasa tak boleh juga selesaikan masalah....
dan apabila masalah diselesaikan mereka ini akan mengaku mereka hero...seperti biasa mereka laungkan.

For several years a shop named SANDLOT doing what they thought they know best.They performed well.Their annual revenue was 17 million.then came a man named Abi who said they shop was using Toyol.This Abi claimed that he could perform much better without Toyol.MUCH BETTER....he claimed he N gang could have brought in 200million instead.Shareholders of the shop then made a decision and kicked the Toyol out.the rest is history.Now t Abi n gang say they are doing the job well.Very well after 6months under new management they have collected 1.745 million....they only need another 198.255million to reach their target.are the shareholders aware that there are 6 months left in their calendar?are Abi n gang better?...gang upin n ipin kot...u do the maths.....

HIPOKRASI AHLI POLITIK

KOTA BHARU: Mursyidul Am Pas, Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat, menyifatkan perbuatan
berpaling tadah di kalangan Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (Adun) Pakatan Rakyat sehingga tumbangnya kerajaan negeri adalah pengkhianatan kepada penyokong mereka yang bersusah payah berkempen ketika pilihan raya umum lalu.
Justeru, beliau masih berharap pilihan raya negeri diadakan di Perak, bagi membolehkan Pakatan Rakyat dan Barisan Nasional kembali kepada rakyat mendapatkan mandat baru untuk membentuk kerajaan. "Saya rasa cukup dukacita apabila timbul cerita wakil rakyat hilang selama dua tiga hari dan kemudian nak melompat. Saya tak faham macam mana keadaan ini boleh berlaku di Malaysia. Manusia macam ni patut dilemparkan dengan kasut. "Selepas dapat undi dalam pilihan raya, tiba-tiba mereka jual (berpaling tadah). Perbuatan ini pastinya ada perancang yang memujuk mereka sebagai cara mudah mencari majoriti (membentuk kerajaan). "Kalau begini, lebih baik tak payah diadakan pilihan raya, sebaliknya cukup diagihkan duit saja," katanya kepada pemberita di rumahnya di Pulau Melaka, di sini, petang tadi. Beliau menyifatkan, hanya pemimpin yang rasuah saja sanggup berpaling tadah sehingga menyebabkan masalah pergolakan politik di negara ini tiada kesudahan.

nik aziz dah hilang sabar ATAU beliau menyindir Penasihat PKR yang memulakan isu 'katak' sempena rancangan 16 September sehingga mereka menghantar rombongan melawat Taiwan juga semata-semata mahu memujuk rombongan ahli parlimen BN.
Namun begitu, semasa Adun Bota melompat ke kolam PKR baru-baru ini tidak pula beliau mencadangkan agar kasut dibalingkan kepada Adun tersebut.Malahan tidak juga mereka menggesa agar pilihanraya kecil DUN Bota diadakan semula.Hmmm,manusia dengan dunia yang fana ini,hanya mencari jalan untuk menegakkan 'kebenaran' agar hanya mereka sahaja yang dipandang elok dan betul.
Disebabkan Adun Bota jugalah Dato' Seri Tajol Rosli telah dengan secara hormat meletak jawatan sebagai Pengerusi Perhubungan UMNO Negeri Perak.Namun bagi MB Perak dari ahli PAS ini secara angkuh dan ingkar titah Tuanku Sultan Perak enggan melepaskan jawatan beliau.Betapa seseorang boleh menjadi kemaruk dan gila kuasa apabila dunia menjadi keutamaan sehingga lupa bahawa dunia ini hanya sementara.Jika mengikut logiknya,insan inilah patut malu dan meletak jawatan kerana bukan 1 ADUN lari tetapi 3 ADUN sekaligus.

Katanya, apa yang dilakukan Anwar adalah selaras dengan kehendak demokrasi, mengikut peruntukan undang-undang dan sejajar dengan tuntutan masa dan keadaan. "Kalau Anwar tidak buat macam itu, nak buat macam mana lagi, sementara menunggu pilihan raya, buat macam ini dulu.

MOSCOW, (PIC)-- American aircraft carriers in the Mediterranean Sea are assisting the Israeli occupation forces in the military campaign on Gaza Strip, a well informed source in the Russian intelligence said on Wednesday.
The source explained that the American aircraft carriers were extending information and logistical support to the IOF air force in its savage raids on the Strip.

The source, who requested anonymity, said that the White House had endorsed a proposal by senior staffers to offer a batch of advanced weaponry to the IOF on condition that the deal would not be disclosed at present due to the current sensitive conditions in the USA such as transfer of power and the economic crisis.

The source also revealed that the American defense department, the Pentagon, had advised the IOF to surprise the Palestinian resistance in Gaza and launch an attack from Egyptian lands.
The proposal also stipulated dividing the Strip into three sectors in a bid to reduce the expected IOF losses to the minimum, the source elaborated.
Senior American officers had toured the Egyptian-Palestinian borders shortly before the IOF massive air offensive on the Strip.
The American administration, which has only three weeks left before leaving the White House, had supported the IOF bloody aerial bombardment of the Gaza Strip that left about 400 killed and almost 2000 wounded since Saturday, claiming that Israel was defending itself.

Pundit Vedaprakash Upadhyay, a Hindu professor, in his stunning book claims that the description of the "Avatar" found in the holy books of the Hindu religion, matches the Holy Prophet Mohammed (PUBH).

Recently in India, a fact-revealing book has been published. The book has been the topic of discussion and gossip all over the country. If the author of this book were a Muslim, he probably would have been arrested or murdered. Perhaps all copies of this book would have been confiscated. Maybe, even a ban would have been extended. A riot and violence would have broken out against innocent Muslims and their blood would have been shed.

Amazingly the author of this book, Pundit Vedaprakash Upadhyay, is a learned and famous Hindu professor. The book is Kalki Avatar. Pundit Vedaprakash Upadhyay is a Hindu Brahmin of Bengali origin. He is a research scholar at Allahabad University.
After years of research, he published this book, and no less than eight pundits have endorsed and certified his points of argument as authentic. According to Hindu belief, the Hindu world awaits "the guide and leader", named Kalki Avatar. However, the description as given in the holy scriptures of the Hindu points only to the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) of Arabia. Therefore, the Hindus of the whole world should not wait any longer for the arrival of Kalki Avatar (the spirit) and should readily accept Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) as Kalki Avatar.


These are the FACTS verified and supported by eight other eminent pundits.
What the author says is that Hindus, who are still anxiously awaiting the arrival of Kalki Avatar, are simply subjecting themselves to never ending pain. Because, such a great messenger has already arrived and departed from this world fourteen centuries ago. The author produces the following sound evidences from the Vedas and other holy books of the Hindu religion in support of his claim:
1. In the Puranas (Hindu scriptures), it is stated that Kalki Avatar would be the last messenger of God in this world. He would be for guidance of the whole world and all human beings.

2. According to a Hindu religion prediction the birth of Kalki Avatar would take place in an isle, which again according to Hindu religion is Arab Region.

3. In books of Hindus, the names of the father and the mother of Kalki Avatar are given as VISHNUBHAGAT and SUMAANI respectively. If we examine the meaning of these names we shall come to some very interesting conclusion.VISHNU (meaning God) + BHAGAT (meaning Slave). Slave of God = ABDULLAH (in Arabic) is the name of Prophet's (PBUH) Father. SUMAANI (meaning peace or calmness). Aamenah (in Arabic means peace) is the name of Prophet's (PBUH) Mother.

4. In the religious books of Hindus, it is mentioned that the staple food of Kalki Avatar would be dates and olives and he would be the most honest and truthful person in the region. Without any doubt the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) is acclaimed to possess these qualities.

5. It is stated in Vedas (holy book of Hindu Religion) that the birth of Kalki Avatar would take place in an honourable clan. This perfectly fits the Quraysh where Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) belonged to.

6. God would teach Kalki Avatar through His messenger (angel) in a cave. Allah taught Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) through His messenger Jibraeel (Gabriel) in a cave known as Ghaar-e-Hira.

7. God would provide Kalki Avatar with a very speedy horse to ride and travel the whole world and the seven skies. Indication of burraq (horse) and Me'raaj (the night when Prophet [PBUH] travelled the seven skies).

8. God would provide Kalki Avatar with divine help. This was particularly proved in the Battle of Uhud.

9. Another dazzling account given about Kalki Avatar was that he would be born on the 12th of a month. Whereas the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) was born on the 12th of Rabbi ul Awwal (Hijra Calendar).

10. Kalki Avatar would be an excellent horse rider and a swordsman. The author here draws the attention of Hindus that the real days of horses and swords have gone and the present time of guns and missiles. So it would be foolish on the part of those who still expect Kalki Avatar, who should be an excellent rider and swordsman to come. In fact, the divine book, the Holy Qur'an, contains qualities and signs attributed to Kalki Avatar reflecting on the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).

The author has given numerous arguments in favour of his claim that Kalki Avatar is in fact Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and those who still await the arrival of Kalki Avatar should not waste time
